FREE LISTING TERMS & CONDITIONSGENERAL RULES
1. Purpose
This Registration Agreement describes the terms and conditions of your free registration, which are related to the internet services as well as services provided through the MAinstructor.com and products by Personal Power Martial Arts Educational Centres Ltd (hereinafter "Company") to the martial arts school (hereinafter "Member")
2. Validity & Liability
(1)The Member accepts this registration Agreement by clicking the "I AGREE" button, is thereby accepted as a member, and shall be deemed to have agreed to bear the liability arising from all his/ her activities. By continuing to use our website service after the posting of notices regarding certain changes, the Member also agrees to be bound by such changes.
(2)Change/Modify/Add/Remove
The Company reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this registration Agreement at any time. The company may amend the Member's rights and liability on the registration Agreement at any time by posting a new agreement fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of such change. If a Member does not accept such changes, he-she must give notification within this 14-day period that his/her registration with Company will terminate.
3. SERVICE USAGE
(1) The Company will start to provide the services to the new Member on the date when the Company updates the school bulletin board. The new registration must be approved by Company in order for the Member to use the service. Some of the services will be provided at a specific time to be set by the Company.
(2) If there are any operational difficulties of a technical or managerial nature, preventing the provision of services to the new Member, the Company will notify the affected Member by posting information on the website or sending e-mails to the Member.
4. Changes/Cancellation of Services
(1) The Company may change or cancel services, in which event it will announce such changes or dates to the registration.
(2) When the Company decides that the member is using the website as out of the purpose of MAinstructor.com, the registration will be canceled.
5. Duties of the Member
(1) The Member must abide by the following points:
1. The Member must provide correct information when he/she fills out the application or changes information. 2. The Member must receive the MAinstructor.com information and newsletters via E-mails to approach the MAinstructor.com. 3. The Member must notify Personal Power through the e-mail, fax, or phone, if refuses to accept MAinstructor.cominformation and newsletters via E-mail, to cancel the registration.
